As with using this title with the Mammals, it is in no way meant to be demeaning to these birds.  They are a fascinating bunch who don't happen to fit in with the other two categories.  People go abroad to find 'more colourful birds' - well, I think scrolling through this section, there is an amazing amount of colour.
